Matthieu Perrot received the engineer degree (specialized in computer science and artificial intelligence) from EPITA in 2004, the M.Sc. degree in mathematics, vision and machine learning from ENS Cachan in 2005.
In 2009, he obtained a PhD in Mathematics at Neurospin - LNAO, supervised by J.-F. Mangin, D. Rivière and J. Lacaille, working on modeling cortical brain inter-subject variability and identifying more than 100 anatomical structures.
From 2009 to 2011, he worked for DOSIsoft, a company initially specialized in software development for radiotherapy planing, to extend their newbord activity in clinical solutions in neurology. His main contribution is the transfer of research technologies from Neurospin labs to a clinical context and the development of a diagnostic support platform for the Alzhzeimer disease.
Since October 2011, he joined the ICM institute and the CATI project as a R&D project manager.
His main research fields are Cortical Anatomy, Registration, Machine Learning, Markovian and Bayesian Modeling applied to MRI data.
