I’m a member of the IFR49. My main mission is to participate to the development, maintenance and users assistance for the IFR49’s software : BrainVISA. I also work on the IFR49 web site and the tool for IRM reservation in Neurospin and SHFJ (GRR : gestion de reservations et de ressources).
Here are some features in BrainVISA and linked tools which I contributed to develop :
- BrainVISA toolboxes system and possibity to create user toolbox containing bookmarks on processes.
- Anatomist python API using C++ bindings or socket communication
- Old databases conversion process in BrainVISA 3.1
Other tasks :
- Setting up LNAO web site
- JIRFNI BrainVISA/Anatomist training
- Documentation about software
- Update software for Qt4.
